"Nothing like having your time wasted when you see your car in the lot for over a half hour before they tell you it's ready because i had nothing better to do. And don't perform a simple fix that unless the mechanic was deaf and didn't hear the constant coming because the lift gate wouldn't work and needed a simple reset which took 2 seconds to do"
