"Fraudulent business practices. I just spoke to a very rude and professional "customer service" agent who stated that they fraudulently put in location updates into the system on items that will eventually arrive from overseas. Do not trust this company. They are scammers."

"The company states they only provide shipping labels. Yet USPS lists them as a shipping partner with a shipping facility. USPS also states that while the label for my item was created and picked up by this company, the company has yet to actually bring my package to USPS for further transport. It's sitting within this company's shipping facility. Funny how tracking scans and phone calls get you this information. Looking at the other reviews here, I'm definitely not the only one having issues when this company gets involved."
