"instead of fixing a leak, the plumber lied (apparently, deliberately) and blew me off, saying he'd be back the next day. then no call/no showed. twice. after seeing similar reviews, i guess this is just how they operate. don't waste your time, contact someone else. i hope these guys step on legos."

"I had an appointment scheduled to come look at an electricity short from my house to backyard. I took off work . NO SHOW. I called multiple times and left messages. I would not recommend them to anyone, unless they are looking to waste their time."
"We had Konowal came over to service our 30 years young gas boiler this year. Bob runs the family business and does all the service by himself. I found that the small family shop cares more about the customer and keeps the service quality consistent. In contrast, the big companies need to manage a large service team and service quality varies by the staff."
