"Frequently get wrong mail which means mine is getting delivered to others. Made several complaint but it doesn't change."

That is a violation of my privacy. AND me, the homeowner should be contacted before people can use my address. ALSO now that person is linked to my address which is going to cause problems with my car insurance."
