"I called the company twice and they were supposed to call me back for an appointment. I spoke with the operator who seemed very professional. I waited a week still no return call. I will never try and use them in the future."

"Very fast, very professional, fair prices and will come out asap if you need them to. Owner is a no bs type of guy, but knows his crew and plumbing, and gets it done. Office staff is friendly and was able process my card over the phone and emailed receipt the next business day as it was a Sunday emergency after hours call. I would definitely use them and recommend to anyone. Called literally 12 other places that came up when I googled emergency plumber near me....trying to find someone Ben was the only company that picked up the phone and it wasn't some call service center in Kansas, guy was at my house within the hour and both times ( I had another issue a few months after). Great guys use them."

"Very disappointed in this experience. We had a leaky shower and called Ben Manis having heard good things. The first person out gave us a large quote which we decided to go forward with anyway, the next guy out said the first guy out was wrong and he had a more efficient solution with less demo to repair. He got the problem half fixed... we waited about 3 months for the replacement part which was always "just a few days away". Finally the did the job last week and as I went to repair the drywall (understandably demo-ed for access) I see that the leak is still there! Just a calamity of errors and will not be using them ever again."

"As a business owner I try not to leave negative reviews, especially with small businesses but this experience was bad and they did nothing to make it right and they’ve been given many months to make any attempt at all. They smeared dirt on our recently painted white wall, used our basement carpeting as a door mat to clean their boots (I guess they didn’t realize we have a Nest camera inside), left a large pile of dirt in the basement where they had to run a new pipe, and the owner threw a tantrum when we asked him to honor the price we were originally quoted. Also I suspect on of the workers was on opiates. A foreman had come by to check on the job but apparently making sure the laborers don’t leave your home filthy isn’t part of his job. I guess this is what happens when you hire a company who’s logo is an overflowing toilet and then ignore warning signs. Always trust your gut, even if you’re in an emergency situation."

"Whoever schedules the workers needs an appraisal. Twice employees were sent to my house without an appointment. The first time I was at work. I was told the office would call to reschedule. No one ever did follow up. The second time John rang my doorbell at 8:30am without any notice. However, John was a delight. Professional and knowledgeable. He fixed my drain issue and gave me tips on how to prevent a future problem. Overall, Techs are skilled and knowledgeable. Front office employees need improvement."
