"Beware that you cant use the QR code at this ACME FedEx place. Took 5 minutes or so for someone to come to the FedEx desk AFTER having to track someone down to request someone. When they came to the front desk they sent me next door to a shipping store that couldn't use the QR reader either. You need to go to the actual FedEx store."
"There is a FedEx drop off inside the ACME. Enter the ACME and go to their customer service desk, it is near their registers. They will accept your package and give you a tracking receipt for the drop off. I believe FedEx arrives here as a designated pickup spot from ACME. The other negative reviews may pertain to another local shipping store in this strip mall, I was not charged anything to drop off my package inside ACME."
"Be careful!! There’s a Ship Safe right here and they charged me for 2 pieces of masking tape (just pulled a number out of thin air and said “a couple dollars” and when pressed finally said “two dollars”. Someone else said the actual drop off is inside ACME. GO INSIDE ACME AND TRY THERE FIRST"
"This is inside the Acme Grocery store. Just go to Customer Help Desk :). The Person at customer help desk even helped me putting the return label on package ;)"
"Do NOT ship from here!! I was charged an astounding $85 for packing materials!!!! Fortunately, my company paid for the actual shipping costs, but I was told that they could not charge the fee for the "materials" to the company. Now I am out $85 for boxes and styrofoam peanuts. Outrageous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
