"Their staff was not prepared to perform the work and took shortcuts resulting in damages to imported custom furniture. They made upfront assurances of full coverage, but have scince rescinded. Escalations underway but it seems this is standard operation procedure for them. Delay, deny and defend - I’m on the last D with them at the moment. They initially claimed it with their insurance but were themselves denied as the insurance company found them to have been negligent in their handling of the furniture. Rather than taking accountability, they minimize the issue."

"While these folks appear to be professional they didn't show up on time for the crating, but had me wait at home for them and then didn't show but did come the next morning. The craters were nice and got everything crated. The crate created however did not protect the piece and was broken in the move, but when it came to their liability they choose not to accept it. You would be better off to save your money and take your chances elsewhere."
