"The first time I went there the door was locked at 4:45 when they were supposed to be open until 5 o’clock. The second time I was there, this morning, a gentleman at the counter was the most rude employee I have ever encountered at a post office. He walked away from me when I was talking to him and another employee had to step in and take over for him."
