"Whoever delivers to my address when I order something they ALWAYS deliver it to my neighbors house. Both of our houses have our addresses are clearly written on it. Please do better when hiring Amazon crew. If they can’t read this isn’t the job for them."

"I don’t like to lump every encounter into one review however I am so upset. I am decorating for a party tomorrow. I waited at my business for the final delivery that I need to finish my decor. I received a text saying that they didn’t deliver because the business was closed. That is a flat out LIE! The building was filled with people at 6:36 when the driver said that they were there. Just like they take pictures when they deliver they should be required to take a picture of a closed building. I NEED that delivery. Is there any way I could pick it up from the Levittown building in the morning. This is unacceptable. I received 2 other packages today and they left them in front of the building!! This driver obviously did NOT come to the business. Is there a human to speak with? No way to resolve issues that require immediate attention. Not happy!!!"

"This driver threw my packages on the common area walkway to my apartment and then stated that she handed it to the customer which obviously is a lie. These Amazon drivers need to be better trained in customer service and delivery etiquette."
