"Lou Was not willing to fix the horrible delivery that his drivers did. They dropped one 40ft Container on a huge rock and the container buckled and leaks, Now everything in it is getting ruined. The second 40ft container he dropped it too close to the road and on the edge of a incline, so the doors won't shut. It was not until they were gone that we even saw where they dropped it. We had them delivered to our property in the Catskills. The last one delivered has been sitting for 6 months now with the doors open and everything getting inside it. He kept saying he would fix it and then after Covid he is saying too bad that he is not going to do anything. I am a business owner and under no circumstance would I ever screw over anyone. Never! he is a horrible Business man and I am going to make sure he is not able to do this to anyone else. This is just the beginning, Also found out that he is not supposed to be operating under the company in Washington, that most likely due to insurance lapse he is red flagged. That in it self is very disturbing! Please do not Deal with him at all. There are many more good business men who will be honorable."
