"What an outfit, they definitely do no not deserve any stars. The driver delivers at the wrong house. Shows up and is rude as can be tries to pick a fight with you and then wants to try to beat you up and have a confrontation."

"I cannot believe how how horrible this company is!! They left my package out in the rain in front of the open cleared out garage! After I called and spoke to Neena she said she would Call the driver to come back to slide it in because she saw the picture too! After no return call - I called back and she said they wouldn’t come back and there is nothing they can do . The driver had to be still in my development because it was less than 5-10mins from when it was delivered! The customer service is awful! They said they would leave it in the driest spot and clearly this was not the driest spot."

"FURIOUS!! I expected so much more from QVC!! Why they rely on a company such as this is beyond my comprehension. This has been the WORST delivery experience ever! I was given an expected delivery time of 11a-4p for my mattress set. I called this company @3p for an ETA only to be told the delivery truck arrived @my home already and no one was at home, which is a lie! I most certainly was at home. I asked the woman on the phone why no one had called me?? I stated, I had my phone on my person and no one called. She continued to argue with me that someone called.. I advised her that my old bed had been broken down and I that needed my delivery that day. This woman never offered an apology and showed no regard to me as a customer. She did however, inconvenience me more by rescheduling the delivery for 2 days later between 1p-5p. I confirmed the phone number to be called when the driver arrives for the redelivery. Again, I called the company at 3:30p for an ETA on the redelivery.the same woman hangs up the phone on me. I call right back and she tells me the driver is running late gives an ETA of 5:30p...yet more inconvenience!! My sister then calls me and tells me the driver called her number to give an ETA! That's the wrong number!! I confirmed with Miss Customer Service Lady what MY number was and to call MY number regarding the delivery!! Miss Customer Service Lady had been calling MY number to confirm the order and schedule the delivery. Why on the day of delivery they decide to call an alternate number is pure incompetence!! I will never order items such as mattresses/furniture from QVC again!!"

"I was a bit nervous when I looked up this business and saw these reviews so I wanted to share my experience in case anyone else is receiving a delivery by this company. Today, they delivered a 900lb custom built 11ft dining room table. I received a phone call 2 days ago confirming my availability today and as promised was given a 4 hour window yesterday. The driver called me today to let me know they would be arriving in 30 minutes. They were right in the middle of the window. The 3 guys were amazing! So polite and friendly. They put down drop cloths to ensure my wood floors wouldn't be scratched and managed to get the table into the dining room without incident. They also took the time to show me how the additional leaves worked. I was extremely impressed! My experience was the complete opposite of what you have read on here in the other reviews. So if you are receiving a delivery have faith that you too can have the great experience that I did."

"This company is a shameless liar. The delivery was scheduled from 3-7 pm on Friday, no one showed up. I called at 5 pm to inquire about where the driver was and was told there's still 2 hours till 7 pm, and it would be towards the end of the delivery window. I called again at 7 pm and was told the driver was stuck in traffic and would likely arrive at 8 pm. No one showed up at 8, or 9, or 10 pm, to be sure, and no one called. On Monday morning, I called their office for my shipment status, they said the delivery would be on Tuesday. I asked what happened on Friday, and was told that they tried to deliver but no one was home. What a lie! I was home all the time and didn't left the house at all. As I tried to tell the lady on the other end that the driver was lying, she simply threw this at me: "Do you want your delivery on Tuesday or not?!" I placed my online order at Sports Authority on 11/29 and today is 12/21 and I haven't got my order yet. Sports Authority promised delivery time to be 7-14 business days. The 14th business day would be 12/17. This was the worst shopping experience, with both Sports Authority and this shameless delivery company. You not only don't get what you ordered on time, but are lied to and insulted."
