"Very happy with Delaware Valley Septic service. We called Hicks septic they came and gave us tantrums saying your left side of the house and driveway is in the right side so they cannot service! Steve from Delaware septic was very good and just pulled the hose around our patio and got the job done! Our tank was over filled as last time Hicks didn’t empty is completely. I’m going to use and refer Delaware Septic to all in our neighborhood and friends!! Debbie and Steve both are great! Thank you!!"

"So I had water backing into my house called and spoke to Debbie which was super nice and very helpful, asked if I called in the morning if they could go clean my septic. "My mother who is now eighty raised 7 children in this home, has lived in the home since 1970. She has lived there alone since 2017 when my father passed and is now moving. There are two cess pools which have never been a problem and have been emptied by a competitor every two years with the total gallons pumped averaging 2000 to 4000 gallons between the two cess pools. She had to have a new system installed to sell the home. Our contractor who was fantastic hired Delaware Valley Septic to empty the pools, Del. Val. insists they pumped 9800 gallons. The capacity of the two pools when full is not 9800 gallons and the pools were not full. With them not being full even with back flow I find it hard to believe 9800 gallons being removed. I asked the contractor to look into this however Del. Val. would not adjust the amount. A second issue that bothered me was the driver asking to use the phone. My wife was there and did allow him to use her cell phone, however in this day and age everyone has a cell phone and I would think the truck would have a two way radio to their dispatcher. This is not a company I would recommend. There are better options out there."

"I had called for a septic pump out and the gentleman named Randy was so nice and kind of being able to converse while the job was being done . I highly recommend using Del Val septic. . I have never felt like I was being ripped off from a company. I believe they have very fair pricing. I get done every 2 years as I am a family of 5 ."
