"Great service, value and customer service! Jordan met with us and thoroughly explained all of our options for our broken AC unit. He took his time and patiently explained all the time and cost details for both a repair and a new AC unit. Our concerns about the cost of a new unit were fully respected and at no time did we feel we were being steered towards the more expensive replacement option. In the end we went with the full replacement as the cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes we received. Jordan even followed up the following week immediately to address a concern we had with the evaporation hose. He came by within hours of calling and added some extra ties to the hose to ease our concern of a loose connection. Highly recommend if they service your area."
