"My dishwasher is old and leaks. I needed it diagnosed to see if it’s worth repair. Service was scheduled the very next day. After diagnosis and thoroughly showing me where the two problem areas were, I was provided quote for parts and labor which were fair price. However, I wanted the pricing of a new dishwasher, since I didn’t think the old machine may not be worth the investment in repair. It’s on its last leg. Appliance Pro (Glen) also worked with me to find new appliance and quote install pricing. Glen and Ricky came back the very next day to deliver and install new dishwasher and remove old one. Glen found me top of line dishwasher at incredibly below retail price ( I researched !) and efficiently and expertly installed. Very hard working, motivated and customer centric. I will use the company again and recommend to others !"
