"Well, I'm giving this new post office location five stars for now. There is plenty of parking, and they were open on Saturday later than the other post offices around me. The interior is nice, new and clean, and I was quickly waited on by a friendly worker. Hopefully my future experiences here remain good, and I'll be sure to update my review if things change."

"Love the new office inside the fire company, Excellent Service, I never have to wait long, and Clerk #5 is always pleasant and helpfull. Great Parking compared to the busy Turkey Hill old location. If packages are ever late people its not the employees at this locations fault, remember that.!!"

"I paid 16 dollars for 2 day expedited shipping on a package containing my children's medical alert bracelets. It's now been over a week and I have yet to receive it. They can't tell me when I'll get it and they won't refund my money. Any other company or person and a failure to deliver paid for goods would constitute thievery and require a refund, but not for the postal service! So now not only do I not have a very important piece of medical notification for my kids, but I lost money that could have been spent on other things they need. I will never be using them for packages again. If your gonna spend the money, just do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx. At least they are reliable."

"The employees in this office go out of their way to serve their customers. It may be that the upper management in Lehigh Valley that hinders their service. Those people in Lehigh Valley are not in touch with the local customers and try to manage without knowing the real needs of the customers as local management does. They are always short handed of employees in that office and they do there best of what they have. And it is a USPS business, the building they are in is a rental. Most Post Office buildings in rural America are rented."

"This is not an USPS. My grandparents own this property and it is two shops that are leased. This hasn't been a postal service since I can remember them owning it which has been well over 15 years."
