Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Glenside

"Update: Decreased my rating from 2 to 1 star since I still haven't heard anything back from them as of 1/31/24. Previous message: Sent multiple emails to customer service (both directly to their email and through the website customer form) to discuss a recent repair that was done by their team and request details on the warranty coverage. I will obviously edit this review depending on how they decide to handle our situation, but for the time being we are left frustrated and disappointed customers! Background: We recently had Rooter come to our property to fix a leak in our bathtub faucet caused by the cartridge. This cartridge had already been replaced by Rooter just over a year ago. Based on Rooter's 2 year warranty we thought that the repair was going to be fully covered, however their technician stated that the labor was excluded from the warranty. We looked at the Warranty coverage & exclusions, and still cannot find any verbiage that specificy that labor is excluded. We attempted to reach out to customer service on three occasions since 12/6 and have not heard anything back to this day!"

"I've contracted work with Mr. Rooter of Glenside a few times and it's always been a great experience. I had an issue with a leaky toilet, and my plumber was able to diagnose and fix the issue with ease. Despite the bad news of having old pipes that required more than switching out the plastic flange, Mike (my plumber) took the time to inform me of the work that had to be done, why it needed to be done, and justified the cost. His expertise and professionalism were top notch and I would gladly have him or anyone from their establishment do work on my house again. Thank you!"
