"Caution -Do not purchase any-appliance or rely on them as a service provider.They've are deceitful Questionable business practices.They lied to whir-pool about washing machine and prevented me from getting a replacement . The woman i was dealing with should never be on front of customers."

"BAD EXPERIENCE!!! They will quote you $95 but charge you more with no good explanation. We requested a service call on May 31 2023. They told me on the phone it would be $95, which goes towards parts and labor if you choose to use them for the work. Guy showed up, looked at our fridge for 30-40 minutes. He fixed a small leak and charged us $125. I called to complain and the guy said he did $125 worth of work. No explanation, no hourly rate calculated, no parts used. If their service costs $125, they should say so!!!! Dishonest. Find someone else."

"Ken from Reed's Appliances was out today to check my stove/oven. My problem isn't consistent so it's hard to troubleshoot. He made a recommendation to repair with no pressure. Reed's gives you time to make a no pressure decision for repair which I found to be unique and valuable. Ken was extremely friendly, honest, and great person. I would highly recommend Reed's to anyone looking for an appliance repair."

"Reed's couldn't have done more to help us with repairing our refrigerator, including augmenting the warranty so everything was covered. Reed's provided day before service call to confirm the appointment. Brad was awesome with calling before arriving, and providing great service on the unit. Yes, it took two trips, but each time he was able to "rule out" other variables and came back and fixed ALL issues. We are pleased with their service model and look forward to using them again; well, not really :) ... we'd rather have our appliances to never fail. HaHa"
