"Randy was Great ! Made a appointment with us . Showed up on time . Pumped out our septic tank . He also checked our pump & septic mound .We asked about a collar to raise the tank lid . "Had an appt to have our tank pumped, owner could not find my house (I live in a development, not off a rural dirt lane) I saw him turn up the road, called him and tried to direct him back to the house. He had a major attitude and denied my address existed, and followed up by TELLING ME TO CALL SOMEBODY ELSE!! I couldn’t believe it! I even hopped in my car to try and catch up to him but he was gone, phone calls go straight to voicemail! I couldn’t believe it, he drove all the way here only to get frustrated by not finding our address, wouldn’t let him direct him here, and told me to call someone else! Very unprofessional, we used this service in the past but will not again!!"
