"Avoid this place. First off, all of the good reviews are either bots, or are paid to give good reviews. When you go in, they will act all friendly, but their price is stupidly high. If you do plan to buy something, always negotiate for a MUCH cheaper price. I had my screen repair done there for 80 bucks when he originally asked for 200. In addition the products they sell there are either cheap, old, or faulty. My new screen worked fine for 2 days. Then the screen malfunctioned and started to act in its own randomly. Avoid this place."

"I had my Samsung 23 ultra screen replaced. It worked perfectly fine for at least 6 months. I noticed my case started to open and once I removed it, the battery bubbled/swollen. Since the phone was still new I've reached out to Samsung and they confirm the phone is still under warranty. So instead, I did not return to Cell Doc but went to Ubreakifix. Speaking with the technician, I informed him that the screen had been replaced. Tech informed me the gentleman at Cell Doc did not install the screen correctly which caused the battery to swell. Unfortunately, this voids the warranty and now I have to pay out of pocket. Word of advice, please check your phone Manufacturer to see if it's still under warranty. Also, recommend going to an authorized phone repair service. If you have insurance, Ubreakifix will accommodate you. One last thing, I paid 450 to repair my screen at Cell Doc since he was able to fix it in a couple of hours. Ubreakifix would have been 350 but had to wait. I should have listened to my gut and went to Ubreakifix in the first place."

"Very good service and honest guy! Not sure who helped me but he fixed my phone back glass twice now. After my second fix I was having flash light short circuit problems and he made right by it and fixed it! They are the only people I trust to touch my phone! Highly recommend and they are reasonable with their prices! So if you have phone or other technology issues go here!!!"
