"I've been lucky in all the years of owning a cell phone, never cracked a screen until this past week. I mention this to say that I don't have any previous experience to compare it to but I was pleased with my experience here. I was acknowledged immediately. They knew exactly what to do. I had brought in a repair kit ($30), which they used and charged me $80. Without the kit it would have $120. So either/ or. They also cleaned my charging port which fixed a charging issue. Took a little longer than 30min, but I wasn't in a hurry and since I live nearby just waited at home. Overall a positive experience but hopefully it's at least another 20 years before I need this service again"
