"This place in a nutshell really sucks. They have lost expensive things I have ordered and never take accountability for anything. All these I am sorry for the inconvenience which they can shove. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Shame on you Fetch- Fetch this!"

"Unreliable and incompetent. We have had packages stolen and/or lost through this service. You can never rely on a delivery window and we have had delivery people forge our signature instead of dropping off our package for us to sign. We have been forced to use this service through our apartment building and it has been nothing short of horrible."

"Our building mandates that we use fetch. We've used it for ~1 week and have already had around $200 worth of packages misplaced. Fetch's customer support basically said "tough luck, we'll check with the building to see if they were delivered". Another member of the building said they went to pick up a large package directly from the warehouse and witness a number of packages that fetch had not yet accepted being stolen. It's absurd that they don't accept packages outside of 10am-6pm given standard amazon delivery windows."

"Someone’s package was delivered to me a week ago. I immediately emailed fetch and was told to place the package outside my door and take s picture of it and email the picture to fetch. I did that and was told the package would be picked up in a few hours. I have emailed them several times to let them know that no one has picked up the package yet they delivered my package and left the one to be picked up. I came home yesterday and noticed that someone opened the package. I’m not sure if any thing was removed from it but I contacted fetch again and still no response. I informed them that someone need to pick up package because I don’t want to be responsible for the package. I have no idea who the package belong to other than the name on package and the address is definitely not in this location. Sadly we are forced to use this service. Fetch do better or disband!"

"For the most part, my experiences have been good. I did receive a delivery of an empty box reflecting that the box was opened and my merchandise stolen. However, Fetch was very responsive and reimbursed me in less than 48 hours. On another occasion, when I received my delivery, the box was in shambles. Therefore, I could not use it to return my item to the merchant. Again, I received a prompt response and an Amazon gift card to purchase a shipping box. As far as the delivery people, the majority have been very friendly and professional. It’s definitely a convenient service and much better than what our apartment complex had in place before Fetch."
