To reserve equipment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation, with the remaining amount due at delivery. The company accepts cash, checks, and major credit cards. Deposits are non-refundable for events cancelled within 60 days, but rain checks may be granted on a case-by-case basis for future orders.
For smaller orders under $75.00, customers can contact the office to check availability. It is recommended to reserve equipment at least six months in advance for larger events of 150 people or more. "I rented a 20x20 tent and 50 chairs for our wedding. The week prior to our wedding it was supposed to be 75 & sunny only for that to completely change and we got rain. I called them the night before and they were so accommodating trekking back out into the rain to put a side on the tent that I never thought to order. "I highly recommend CSE and will be using them for all of our future events! With the quick weather change they were able to work with me last minute even after hours to help provide information and set up to help keep our guest dry! These guys worked hard in A torrential downpour and are so efficient and kind! The tent was absolutely beautiful but at a completely reasonable cost. They have the best rates in the area. We love that The installation crew paid such attention to details helping us find an area that was flat for our tables and also by placing protectors over the post to keep our guest safe!
