"DO NOT USE THEM. Was with this company for 5 years as a on call 24/7 driver. Yes, that's right, 24/7. During my time, there were constant mistakes made in my pay per delivery. I always had to report it and they would have to fix it. There were also numerous times where the Allentown dispatcher would forget to give me a work ticket(which is a ticket that pays the driver for miles driven on little or frequent stops). I would have to call her multiple times for her to put in the ticket and there were times that she still wouldn't put it in. If a driver doesn't get a work ticket, he can end up losing money that day, but she doesn't care. Just recently I questioned the Allentown dispatcher about a price on a delivery. I am independent contractor and have every right to ask. She didn't think so, so instead of explaining about the price, she decided it would be easier to terminate me. I feel bad for the drivers there that don't pay attention to their pay. Watch it! There are constant mistakes in your pay. Use another company who doesn't try to rip off its delivery drivers. Kim is a joke"
"They have no respect for their drivers ,there's alot of platforms to do courier work now there's amazon relay ,roadie, app where you can make. Alot more monet without having to be yelled at by angry dispatcher like Ed , they don't care about drivers."
"Very sad shipping service that maybe just showed up? They never marked a delivery attempt. Marked my package as delivered. Then on the third attempt, left me a note saying they tried - now my package is going back to the vendor. This service is terrible. Their emails are not even completely setup. The IT seemingly cannot even setup their emails to work properly - so why should I trust them to deliver my packages?"
"I 'interviewed' several companies two years ago. Quick Courier Service had great rates, dependable responses, and accommodating customer service. To the point, I do not even ask other companies anymore. If QCS can't accommodate it's just going to need to wait. My service area covers almost their exact coverage area... so for me, they are it. A fantastic fit, never one bad experience."
"This is a Customer Service Review based on a recent call. Called here for a simple quote and it turned out to be a very complex process. They were unable to generate a general quote for the delivery which seemed odd and I was told they would get back to me. I was given a call back in about 15 minutes with the quote which was unreasonably high. Obviously I had a few questions regarding how the pricing is determined, but asking questions is frowned upon with this business. Roughly $2/mile was what my quote was when I broke it down myself but the lady was not willing to explain anything. Other similar businesses charge half of that. I can assure you i will not be using this service considering how rude they were. Wether or not she intended to come off rude, she did with her lack of answers and hurried but limited responses. I don't think she knew how the pricing was structured. Sounds like a management issue. I gave it two stars since one would be unfair considering I didn't use their service and only spoke on the phone with a young lady."
