I was able to send him pictures of my heater. Rick identified it as being in stock. He had his guy come out and replaced it in a couple hours. Really great people to work with. "My experience with R F Bondurant was beyond my expectation. We needed our 7-year old water heater replaced and called approximately 6:15 a.m. on a Thursday to which we were greeted by a very kind woman who took down our information and was told someone would call us back soon to schedule service. Within the next 90 minutes, I received a call from a nice man who was asking about our issue and asked if we could send some photos to his cell phone to assess what he could as well as take down the model information from our existing tank. After informing us that he was on his way to drop off his children at school, he said he would call back with an assessment, quote and timeline. Within the next two hours he called back with a very reasonable price and pleasantly informed us that someone could stop by to do the service by the early afternoon on the same day. The installer called later to determine entry into our home and was kind enough to weatherproof for the floors so he didn’t leave marks while doing work. After four hours, everything was done and they removed the prior tank as well. Everything about our experience was incredible, from the responsiveness to customer service to professionalism to the workmanship. We have found our longterm plumbing company after moving into the neighborhood just two months ago. We can’t highly recommend enough."

"My parents had a leak from the upstairs bathroom down to the foyer. It wasn’t necessarily urgent, but we were still able to get an appointment the very next morning. When Brad arrived, he correctly diagnosed the problem. The old pipe was replaced/repaired within the hour. The front desk was very responsive and professional. Highly recommend!"
