"As if their 2.5 star rating needs another review!!! but here I am writing cause I feel it’s my moral duty to let you all know how much Lenox propane sucks !!!!! Zero stars for these numb skulls - Inherited two accounts from them. No help getting my big tank changed to a small one. They just want to keep wacking me with a rental fee. The lady answering the phone/ receptionist( if you want to even call her that) is constantly snippy and doesn’t care what your name is - just wants an account number and payment method. I deal with many company’s / businesses through work and personal life and this is one is at the top of the TERRIBLE list. customer service 1/10. I’ll be switching to Modern propane this spring ! They are really great salesman as well when it comes to UNVENTED HEATERs the ones that put tons of moisture into your home leaving you left with condensation all over your windows and rotted sills - hearth home* they’ll take your money and then make you pay and pay and pay with very poor customer service. PLEASE ALL DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND SHOP AROUND !"

"Terrible service and the rudest people I have ever dealt with. Lost 400 gallons of gas and all the say is you must have used it. Can't even talk to anyone. Was with them for over 10 years and first problem they cut you lose. I don't know who is in charge there unless the secretary who won't let me talk to anyone is? I welcome the owner to call me so I can tell them the truth. I am a veteran and retired corrections officer and I don't appreciate being called a thief and hung up on. DO Not use this company. They do not care. I wonder if there tanks are leaking? Probably will make up some excuse and disagree with something. Who is the owner.? Never signs his name."
