"Needing a new Sewer Line we researched more than a few contractors to complete this work. A guy a few miles from us charged us $400 to run a camera and said he would take it off the bill then decided we didn’t need a new line. I’ll post more about that dude on his page but let’s get to Valdel Plumbing. From the beginning they were professional and courteous. Valdel sent a polite and knowledgable technician to our home. He listened, wore shoe coverings, and explained the process of discovery. He diagnosed the issue, explained the process of installing a new Sewer Line, and then handed us a quote which we discussed. The office then contacted us a few days later after we notified them we needed a few days to make a decision. We then started the process by paying for part of the project. After having to reschedule a few times due to the weather the crew arrived. The 4 Technicians were friendly, approachable, confident, and knowledgeable; we knew we were in good hands. Within a day the project was complete to our and more importantly, their satisfaction. I did have a concern about the amount of dirt that was not able to be leveled back into the two holes they dug and I notified the office. I received a call from one of the Owners who listened to me and then asked for pictures of the project area. He was understanding and fair knowing the scope of the issue and we agreed to touch base in a few months to reassess the areas of our yard. The last call we received was a Satisfaction Survey call where they asked us what we thought, what they could have been done better, and offered us a yearly Maintenance Program. We’ve been in our home over 23 hrs and have dealt with many service industry professionals, and I can unequivocally testify that you should not hesitate to contact Valdel Plumbing for anything related to Plumbing!"

"Our basement flooded after our sump pump and backup battery both failed. This was the 2nd time this issue has happened in the past 3 years. Chris did a phenomenal job educating us on all the options and he presented a longer lasting solution. He protected our hard wood floors while working and was mindful of changing out the booties to avoid tracking dirt from the basement into the house. He is a consummate professional , highly knowledgeable, and provided efficient service. We'd rehire and highly recommend Chris from Valdel Plumbing."

"A couple weeks ago, your technician Justin Gillette came to our house to install a new sink and vanity we had previously purchased. He was very friendly, professional and thorough. He took the time to explain the steps he was going through during the installation. He did an excellent job and also removed the old sink and vanity. We are very happy with our new sink! He also took a look at the toilet in our powder room, which is constantly running. He went above and beyond, since he had only come out to install the vanity. We will definitely have Valdel come back to install a new toilet for us when we are ready!"

"Every part of the experience with with Valdel Plumbing to replace our water main was good. If I were to comment on anything I wasn't crazy about, it would have to be the backhoe used to punch through the concrete cutout of the pavement. This left the remaining concrete cracked and will need a little attention to prevent further damage. I was also surprised at the size of the hole made in the basement wall to feed the the new pipe through. Friendly, cooperative and I would probably go with Valdel Plumbing for future projects."

"Had Valdel out to replace quite the mess left by a previous home owner. They did a great job filling me in on the different options I had and providing suggestions for the new system. Jerry was on time and very knowledgeable and when it came time for installation they did great work. They vented the new unit properly, installed the necessary bypasses and shutoffs and it’s been working great. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring them out again."
