"December 2023 Review Thanks again Mack for second amazing service experience! My propane boiler was causing black soot to build up on the side of my house. The First company I called tried to convince me I needed to replace the whole thing at a cost of over $12,000, so I called Mack. He is a true expert and was able to skillfully clean and repair my existing boiler making it run good as new at less than a tenth of the replacement cost. He even cleaned the soot off the siding of my house. "I had a very pleasant experience with Mack. I recently bought into the Pocono area, and my house came electric heatpumps that use an old obsolete AUX heat system called hydro kinnetix. I could not find any paperwork online, nor could i find any HVAC companies in the area who knew anything about it. I called Mack to come over any simply inspect my system. He assured me that he would NOT be the type of contractor who rings up a sky high bill or replace anything in the system that isnt broken. Mack came over on time and was very thorough in explaining how my entire system worked, and that everything was in great condition. He checked the freon levels and ran a couple tests on the systems. He told me he was happy with how my system performed and assured me he would get his hands on the documentation for the AUX heat system. In the end he charged me for 1 hour of labor and i found it all to be VERY REASONABLE. 10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND."

"Took the money and run. We called Mack on the evening on March 6, 2023 because our boiler shutdown on low water pressure. He came in the morning of March 7, 2023 and told me a part needed replacing but he will get the heat temporary working. He told me I needed to give him a deposit so we gave him $1200. I had used Mack for the past 2 years and trusted him. We got worried because the heat never came on and our boiler room got extremely hot so we shut it down. We tried contacting Mack for 3 days by calling and texting him with no response. We ended up calling another HVAC contractor on March 10, 2023 and they got our system fixed and running. Mack where is my deposit!!!"
