"Terrible experience with their customer service. They didn’t want to give me a refund when I received someone’s $20 sandwich order and not my $60 Thai food order. I had to request a refund 3 times and have them sends it to a manager to approve. What a joke. I deleted their app and never using it again. Wish I could give them 0 stars."

"Uber Eats refused to refund my money after I cancelled minutes after I placed the order. I got a call that my son was in an accident and in the emergency room. I requested a refund, but Uber refused saying I did not cancel within the 3 day timeframe. I have been with my son at the hospital. Order was placed and cancelled 1/29. I asked them for a refund 1/1 and they said it was too late as it had to be within 3 days. We will never use Uber again for rides or food."

"This company is a joke. I had two orders (back to back) that were horrifically late. I paid for priority and had the driver drop off an order prior (photos sent to Uber). Furthermore, one of the meals was burnt. I was told both times that my order is not eligible for a refund. Last time I use their service."

"I’m no longer using any food delivery apps. The vendors use flood left overs because the consumer does not see how the food is prepared. Uber eats does not enforce quality assurance reviewed on vendors and delivery people. Nothing like preparing the food you are going to consume. I advise anyone to visually see how the food is prepared. I’m done with delivery apps period"

"This company cannot control how food is prepared or delivered but I wish they would put more effort in having incentive or repercussions for business that choose to sue the ap and the drivers. Let us customers review these businesses with descriptions just like we can do here on google. Giving star ratings is not impactful. I feel with fast food giants…Wendy’s, Micky d, BK, etc. they do poor offering the best food quantity compared to when you visit physical locations. It is soooooooo disappointing especially when you are Hungry. I’m leaning towards going to the store myself."
