"I can't say enough about Fit AF! They might as well change their name to "Delish AF"!!! I recently started an anti inflammatory eating plan to combat my knee pain. Traditional methods of treatment haven't worked: PT, injections, weight loss, even surgery. Cleaning up my regimen, after 9 days- THAT'S RIGHT you read correctly.... 9 DAYS, I had my no more knee pain and no more limping!
