"I’ve been ecstatic to visit to Panera since it’s new to the area, but the food did not meet my expectations. Everything was amazing til I found a random bone in the bottom of my tomato soup.. I looked up their recipe and there were no signs of them using bones in their soup or this happening to anyone else. Other than that the chipotle avocado sandwich was buss. Slow service but worth it for that."

"This place is pretty new but I think reviews like this will help them grow and work on the areas they need help in. I waited around 30 min in drive thru. I was okay with that but was expecting my food to be worth it, if the wait time was that long. I got home and the food you can tell was sitting before handed to me. As it was already cold. Both of my sandwich orders were made very poorly. One side had the protein while the other had no protein. You’re paying a lot to just be biting into bread. The soup had to be warmed up before eating."

"This is a brand new Panera bread location so everything is tidy and sparkling clean. Simply place your order at the counter or use the touch screen monitor that is located not far from the entrance. You can be notified when your food is ready by a beeper or a phone text. There is a variety of sandwiches, soups, breads, bagels, pizza, drinks, cookies and desserts to choose from. My daughter ordered soup in a bread bowl and I ordered a soup and sandwich, to dine-in. We also ordered a small flat bread pizza to bring home and a bear claw for dessert. When placing the order on the touch screen monitor, my daughter was impressed that the menu had allergen alert options. You place a check mark on the kind of food allergy you have and the menu will portray the ingredients of the item you are ordering. If you decide you want the item and leave it checked, the staff will be alerted of your food allergy and it will be written on your pick-up receipt. Once ordered, it didn't take long to receive a text that our food was ready. My daughter's food was carefully wrapped separately due to her food allergy which showed us that they take food allergens serious and that's a plus! We will be returning in the future because it was a positive experience and the food was delicious!"
