"We get packages delivered to our front door all the time, multiple times a week. Yet, any time we order something that needs to be signed for, no one comes to the door and they just update the tracking with "delivery attempted" or "unable to access property" or literally any other excuse. Our front door isn't inaccessable for all the other packages we get, so someone just doesn't want to do their job. How is it that they can get out of the truck to come to the front porch and drop a package, but when it needs to be signed for they just drive away? What's the difference if you get out and walk to the front porch anyway for literally every other package? There's never any "delivery attempted." They see that they have to physically come to the door and wait the 3 seconds it takes me to get to the door so I can sign for the package, and they just mark down some excuse as to why they couldn't deliver it. Then I need to take time out of my day to drive to the post office and pick the package up myself because they don't attempt to deliver it again. Just do your job. They NEVER come to the door when something needs to be signed for. Don't say you attempted delivery when I literally watched you drive from the neighbor's mailbox to ours, sit in front of our house for a minute, then just drive off. You didn't attempt anything, you're just lazy."
"How hard is it to read address numbers? All the time either I get someone else's mail or they get mine and sometimes the address isn't even the same street. How can your workers be so stupid, all you have to is deliver to the right address, maybe you guys should hire former pizza delivery drivers they would have a better map of the city than your workers now"
"The woman at the front window is the rudest government employee I’ve ever encountered in my life. When I asked for a pen she loudly said to another employee “guess no one has manners anymore.” Then a couple walked in behind me and also asked for a pen and piece of paper and she laughed out loud and said “see what I mean?” Judging by the other reviews on here this woman is an ongoing problem. The fact that she hasn’t been fired yet tells me this branch has terribly incompetent management. Fire her since she hates doing her job interacting with the public so much!"
"There's a lazy elderly woman working here. She will not go above and beyond to serve you. She does the bare minimal. She seems casket ready. Fire hire!!!!! This place was better without her there. She always has an attitude as if she's having a bad day every day. I go in that post office happy and always leave with the devil in me because of her. Next time I'm going to record her and post her all over social media as the post office Karen. Saw her mistreat an elderly gentleman also today."
"The old lady in the front is a real nasty rude lady. I felt like dragging her through the front window for being so rude. She's lucky I had my kids with me. The manager has no backbone at this location and let's her deal with the public however she feels. She should retire if she's so miserable working for the post office with the public."
