Bob Fluegel Plumbing & Heating

"My husband and I came back from shopping last night. We have a finished basement with wood paneling. So I happened to notice a small wet spot on the carpet. My husband open the small wooden box that was hiding the PVC pipe that goes to the toilet. And he notice some water. We flushed the toilet and then we found that it was leaking from the pipe little drips. So I was freaking out. So we drive to Home Depot to get the wax ring and looking at YouTube videos and such. Got up this morning early. My husband was all set to replace the wax ring. Got the toilet and wax off no problem there. He was looking at the flange it was hard to get some of the nails out and he wasn’t sure if it was damaged or not. So we never had to a called a plumber before. I notice my neighbors across the street had Pocono Mountain Plumbing & Heating at thier house a few months back. So we called them and they were booked. But the guy recommended Bob at Bob Fluegel Plumbing & Heating services. Bob called us back quickly and said he would be out. Needless to say we had all the tools and supplies on hand to make the job easier. Luckily no water damage to the floor and the flange was ok. He replace the wax ring and put back the toilet. A couple of flush later. No water drips. What a relief! We only have one bathroom in our house. So we need a functional toilet. Bob did us a tremendous service by coming out right away with his busy schedule. He was very professional. And I’m happy with the work he did. I would recommend his services to anybody."
