"Nikki at this post office was willing to go the extra mile for me without me even asking. Very personable, knowledgeable, and kind!"
"Was expecting a package today ordered off amazon. Amazon notified me that mail carrier attempted delivery but when I went to check the mailbox to see if I had mail, the mail car was delivering a package two houses down before mine and they seemed like they were in a rush. They saw me standing and waving there waiting for them and they drove right past me. No delivery was attempted and i had to walk in sleet to go to the post office and get my package, when I made a complaint bout it they were very rude. The package could've easily been delivered on my porch."
"We were expecting a certified letter be delivered. Instead the employee just left a "Sorry we missed you". If they had actually gone TO THE DOOR it could have been delivered. Did the same to my father, and never attempted delivery again."
"I don't know who the temp mail delivery person was today for Old Route 11 but there was supposed to be a package delivered and wasn't. No knock on the door, never heard a horn blow and nothing left in the mailbox stating that they even had one. The only way I knew it was coming was by the tracking number that it could be tracked with on the USPS website stating it was out for delivery and would be delivered between 11 am and 3 pm well here it is almost 4:30 pm and still nothing."
"they need to leave lobby open so you can get your mail afteer five close like 8 pm cause people do work and needs to be somewhere has more parking"
