"Ted was wonderful. He went above and beyond for us. Our dishwasher broke the day before our big thanksgiving dinner where we were hosting 18 people. Ted found availability for us in his busy schedule. It turned out that we needed a part for our dishwasher that wasn’t due to be in until Friday, so we were sort of screwed for thanksgiving. Well Ted ended up finding the part for us and he came back late that same night so we could have a working dishwasher for Thanksgiving. We will never use anyone else."
"I have a fairly old dishwasher and hard water. One night, it just backed up, and there was water all over the floor. I called someone I have used for years, and the snippy person on the other end of the phone said that she could have someone out in a week. I took the appointment and then called Ted Crocus as he had good reviews. He answered the phone himself, told me he could be there the next day, and he showed up when he said he would. Of course, I had cancelled the other appointment. He set about quietly fixing my dishwasher, made no mess, did not intrude in the house in any way...., and the dishwasher has been working wonderfully ever since. I highly recommend him."
"I had called Ted to repair a leaky dishwasher at one of my rental properties in Bethlehem. He called me back very quickly and scheduled a time to go to the property just two days later. I really appreciated his quick response time, his prompt service time, and reasonable prices. He kept in communication before arriving, after he diagnosed the problem, and for his return visit after he ordered the right parts (just one day later). I was looking for someone reliable and quick for appliance repairs and I’ll definitely use again!"
