"Great experience! We had a flooding issue in our basement due to an old sump pump and Johns Reliable Plumbing got back to me very quickly and was able to send someone over the very next day. Our plumber (Justin) was timely, very respectful, incredibly knowledgeable, and took care of the issue very quickly! "I am not sure why there are so many 5-star ratings. I was attracted to the company by the google ratings but I was wrong. The front desk people are nice. However, their service guy is not professional. He did not clearly states what the problem is from our ceiling. After my wife pointed it out to him the bathtub location, he might then have noticed the issue. The pipes underneath the bathtub he referred...It was still not clear which pipe causing the issue. We were still be charged the diagnostics fee $175 for his time. I would not recommend this company. I guess they can still fix the issue, but I just not trust them."
