"I have used Potak Commercial Maintenance at my business for a few years now. Initially I was in a jam with snow removal during a big storm. One call to Mike resulted in him bailing me out and opening the parking lot and loading docks to my facility. Since that day I have used their services at both of my manufacturing locations Most recently this summer I had a partial collapse of a concrete loading dock.
