"As many others have said this is the worst post office in the country. And that’s really saying something because they are all terrible. I have complained to them multiple times about the lady in the white Jeep Wrangler and they do nothing about it. She leaves packages wherever it is easiest for her. It doesn’t matter if they can be damaged or go missing. I was also once verbally abused by an employee at the post office for not wearing a mask even though that was well after masks were required in public."

"Postmaster and his staff is absolutely useless I hate the fact that when I order something I get sent to USPS had too many problems to list this office out of every 10 packages I order I normally get about three of them the rest get sent back because the mail person is too lazy to put a package by my door plus they keep sending the wrong mail to my house"

"Very incompetent. Always lose packages, put someone else's mail in your box, & have one very rude girl working the front desk. It's a shame I live in Dalton, I really despise this post office."

"The woman closing on weekdays is extremely rude and should not be working in any type of customer service role. She is an extremely unprofessional employee and I do not understand how she holds that position. I only assume it is the same woman everyone else has criticized on here. They put my mail in my neighbors PO Box as well."

"Poor customer service especially the one clerk Christina. She is rude and ignorant. In general they don't care about the customer. The door rings when you enter and I assume to let the clerks know there is a customer. They keep the customer waiting."
