She took the time to explain the work that needed to be done, the cost surrounding that work, answered all my questions and provided great advice. Took care of the issues with the shower and gave me tips on what to do with the sink - I know I will be asking form him to be the one to come back in January to take care of it; and he even disconnected my hose as he was leaving! "Elek Plumbing responded to an emergency call this morning based on a potential leak/burst risk to corroded pipes. My initial reaction to the quote, not having the opportunity to be on premises at the time, was alarming. That was until I was more fully informed of the extent of what actually needed fixing both to address the issue and code violations that prior plumbers were responsible for - something I was not aware at the time. My staff was kind enough to share photos of the finished work, and true to the general manager's assurance that the results will be professional, the fixes indeed were. Valves were added, pipes and fittings replaced, and other elements that had no business being installed prior to the Elek technician's visit were removed. I know the general manager is reading this review, and I appreciate getting a chance to rewrite my statements. The work was necessary, and thankfully well done. Update: 12/6: Once again, Elek Plumbing has proven the right choice to call. A self-piercing saddle valve recently installed by a HVAC company for a home humidifier spring a leak. Those same HVAC installers arrived the following week to repair. However, the very next day, the same valve not only leaked, but sprayed water all over the floor. It leaked into the front office. This time I called Elek and they replace the saddle valve with a 1/2 tee with a valve I could actually turn on/off. I'm furious with the HVAC company that risked major water damage in my office. Conversely, I'm grateful for Elek plumbing. They arrived that morning to fix a mistake someone else did, and was professional the whole time. Thanks for proving there are a few businesses out there that will perform to the best of their ability, and not try to cut corners."

"I have been a customer of Elek's for over 16 years. Over that time they have always been there when I needed them. They are reputable and honest. Although my most recent job was a major undertaking, (sewer main replacement), Elek did not disappoint. From start to finish, Derrick was a pleasure to work with — we agreed on a course of action & price/payment for the repair and the Elek team was able to promptly start on the replacement. Even with the weather being less then ideal for this exterior commercial job, the Elek team stuck with it and ensured the tenants’ water/sewer was functional every night. Elek’s professionalism and quality are something to be proud of. They have 1st rate crew, Brady, Dax, Saul, Steve, and the rest of the team were awesome and I would highly recommend them. I can say they were good 16yrs ago but have only gotten better since, great job guys!"
