"Gershey was great a few years ago when my new washer broke down. So I called again when my $1600 Samsung refrigerator stopped cooling properly in July. I had unplugged it and it sat for two weeks until my appointment date. When he arrived, he pushed a few buttons and it was working fine. I paid for the visit and he told me to call if it happens again. It has happened again twice and each time I call Gershey there is no response. I have left voicemail messages, they will not take my calls. I have a refrigerator that stays at 50 degrees for weeks now. Keeping the ice maker on seems to keep the temperature at 50 degrees, it goes up to 57 when I turn it off. Needless to say I can’t buy groceries. I throw out milk every few days. If anyone knows how to fix this problem, please HELP!!! I wish Gershey would just tell me what to do. If they don’t want to come here, be honest enough to tell me. I’m so upset over this and really disappointed in the lack of courtesy shown to me."
