"I had a different company come out to clear my main sewer line that was backing up. It turned out to be cracked so they gave me a quote to do a spot repair and another to replace the whole line. It was a big number so I called Bret (Good News) for a 2nd estimate. He and John quickly found the pipe was not as deep as the previous company thought and were able to dig it up and replace the bad section of pipe same day. They showed me the broken pipe, the very professional repair job, and camera footage of the inside of the rest of the pipe while they made sure it was all good before covering it back up. They saved me thousands and then replaced the chunks of grass they dug up and hosed off the walkway before leaving. It looks like they were never there. These guys were more knowledgeable than the larger company I hired initially and more confident in their ability to solve the problem. Glad i found them. Hire with confidence."
