"Had a septic emergency. They were able to arrive within one hour. Paul was friendly and knowledgeable. This is my first experience dealing with a septic system. Paul welcomed the opportunity to educate me as he was working. He pumped the system, evaluated and located the clog, then cleared it all while talking me through the different parts of my system, how they work, and what he was observing. He even took an extra few minutes to teach me a few tricks to self maintain the system between pumpings so that I could avoid any future emergency situations. I highly recommend Gray Brothers."

"I called Gray Brothers to come out and service our septic system and was told that it would only cost $325 if the Tech had to dig down less than 20 inches. They came out to work on the system and the office called us to tell us that our lids were 20 inches below grade and we should pay to put risers on the lids. I said that wasn't necessary as I could dig out the lids in the future. As the tech was leaving he told us that the lids were only down around 12 inches. 2 weeks later we received a bill for almost $600 stating that our lids were 2 feet deep and the tech had to dig that all up. This extra charge was a complete surprise. I have since dug up the lids and they are only 12" below grade. I called the office to figure out the problem and they told me that the tech had to spend time digging and it is what it is. They were completely unclear about the charges and rude on the phone. Safe to say we will find another company to do business with."

"I had an issue with my septic backing up and was looking and hoping for someone to help because I tried everything. These guys are AMAZING and I mean AMAZING. Their driver Paul showed up and we talked and he was on install crew and now he drives the stinky truck as I call it and he is very knowledgeable and an amazing person that you don't see much anymore. He helped me so much to figure out what the heck is screwy about my old system. He has been the only person I request because he understands what's going on at my property he is honest and I will stay with this company as long as he's working their. It's hard to find good trustworthy people and this company has and I hope they do all they can to keep him. When I have called the office the girls I talk to are great, one of the times their system was down and she told me she would figure out what she needed and call me back and she did very quickly.
