A&B Repair

"Took my power washer to him awhile back. After 2 weeks I gave up and went to pick it up......plastic parts were broken off. Took it to a gentleman in Phoenixville and had it back two days later......my neighbor also had problems there....."

"My kubota tractor blew a clutch while working a job 300 miles from my own shop. Lack of time and what I thought would be convenience had me take it to Archie for repair. Results were disastrous. Over $5000 later it wouldn’t even start when I was told it was ready to be picked up. Electrical components were hooked up incorrectly under instrument panel. Hydraulics were hooked up incorrectly causing the bucket to not lift . Oil lines were fitted with Incorrect seals resulting in leaks. Bolts in bell housing were left loose. Parts were missing. I couldn’t even load it onto my trailer without working on it for 2 hours behind Archie’s shop. Someone with less tools or less mechanical knowledge than I have couldn’t have made it happen. The tractor required many hours of work and additional parts to repair mistakes made at A&B. Archie even charged me unexpectedly at pick up without prior notice or discussion $198.50 for a battery replacement claiming “your battery was bad”. When I asked for the return of my 1-year-old interstate battery (still under warranty) he said didn’t have it any more. Form your own conclusions from my facts. Personally, I wouldn’t ask A&B to so much as put a lid on a fuel can."
