"Do yourself a favor and AVOID this place"
"Star Spa saved me!!! I've been calling every single spa repair company in a 150 mile radius.. most wouldn't even pickup the phone or return a message, and those that did either blew me off or wouldn't come. Finally I found Star Spa - the customer service was great, they were asking all the right questions up front, took all my information, and scheduled a technician to come out within 5 days (its been a busy time for all repair companies I know). It took the technician less than an hour to figure out that the temperature sensor was the problem and they swapped it out on the spot. They told me what the cost for labor was up front, and the invoice was detailed and transparent. I'd highly recommend these guys if you need your hot tub or sauna fixed. They saved my hot tub from a certain death of languish and disuse through winter."
