"The service department lacks in the area if customer care. Plain and simple. My car broke down nearby, and USAA towed it there. Brian said if I chose to leave it there, he had no ETA to diagnose the problem; "could be a couple of days to upwards of two weeks". Richard the service manager was nice, he recommended for me to sleep on the problem, and work it out in the morning, since this happened in the PM. Well I paid for a hotel and went back in the morning. They asked "why did you come back, nothing has changed. We are so backed up, could be weeks before we look @ your car". So I rented a car, and left the State. Note, Richard did get them to get their poor attitude under control and diagnose the problem b4 I left. Though he did his job of trying to sell Mr a car. I will take "my marbels and play somewhere else" tye next time, and look at another brand. Though, I'm just another number, they do not care."

"It's been great taking my 2014 Mazda CX-5 here for services. The staff here does a great job taking care of my care and provides the maintenance that it needs. They are straight forward with what needs to get done and give you options as well. I had a rattling noise in my car that I needed checking out and they took video of it and sent me the video right away where I was able to see what they did to check out the noise as well as checking out my breaks. Overall if you have a Mazda, this is the right place to get the service. Highly recommend."
