"Brenden was amazing! Very patient with my son's phone as we were transferring info from his broken phone to his new phone. I didn't realize that they closed at 7 and at 7:40, Brenden was still working to complete the task due to the content transfer delay time and the issues with the broken screen. "They had my tablet for a month and then told me they couldn't fix it, that the battery bad; new tablet, but look on line and it told what to do. I had it working within 5 minutes of getting home. Do not take anything there for repair, they don't know what they are doing."

"I went in person to get a screen protector for my Fold 4. I was told that they would order the part, but they never did. After calling them for four months, I decided to drive two hours to another place to fix my phone. Update to the owner's reply: If you can't get the part in four months, there is something wrong with your company, and you should do something about it. Also, yes, I think I'm pretty smart for not driving for four months to a company that's rude and not professional. The only thing here not smart is Samsung using you guys as a repair location."

"Scheduled appointment drove 1.5 hours to the tune of $30 in gas not to mention time. With no phone call or issues with appointment. Upon arrival I was told no one in the store was able to complete the repair that I signed up for and was confirmed. The store worker looked up and said, I see your appointment but we can help you. It's unfortunate that this is the way business operate. Update: Based on owners response. Before I left my house I did call 3 times and was hung up on after many rings. Also, If this is all corporate run, the message says that the location will call with questions before your appointment, at no point does it state that the customer call to find out if tech's are available to work on the repair that was set up. I am sorry, but your associates comment as to maybe I should call Microsoft because it was there product was not really appropriate when you offer the service for that product. I don't know how your queue's work, the associate in your office should have received notification that I was on my way. All things relative, it was not a good experience to be on the road for over 2 hours and not have the ability to have the work completed. Thank you for your apology, but it still does not replace the time and/or the money spent going to your establishment. Hope you are able to rectify this type of issue in the future."
