"Horrible experience, never again. I’ve used k&d twice for my restaurant. First time was okay but that was for my oven. But as for the refrigeration department they don’t know anything about anything, first five minutes the tech “Kevin” tells me I need a new compressor . That’s because he didn’t know how to turn the ice machine on until I showed him how. Then he breaks my drain hose, spends 2 hours staring at the thing and then tells me there’s nothing we can do. The technician calls his boss and instead of the boss taking care of business he has the technician teaching him Spanish. Unbelievably unprofessional. My bill was $474!!!! They charged my card without my authorization, I did NOT sign for a $474 bill. I was told the boss “Steve” would call me to discuss the bill because the technician did not know how much to charge since he didn't do anything but twiddle his thumbs and stared at the machine as if it was a woman. The boss steve was absolutely no help, promised me he would take care of it, blew me off for three days and then tells me to call the headquarters. Never again!!! Use national furnace instead!!! 15 minutes they wiped a sensor off and everything ran perfect! As for the company, a suggestion. Try not to have your managers hire they’re best friends."
