Rickey also goes over what is or isn't working to help eliminate parts that aren't the real issue. He's great to keep on as a retainer and will be glad to continue working with him next time."

"Wish I would have read some reviews before I called this company. My freezer was constantly making ice under the bottom draw so I called A/C Pocono service. Big mistake!! First of all he was over 2 hours late. Was supposed to have a 4 pm appointment, and didn’t show up until after 6 pm. He showed up looked at the freezer and seemed puzzeled, not sure how to take it apart to find the problem. My husband helped him the whole time, actually I think he did most the work. All Rick did was unclog the water line, poured hot water on it, made a mess which we cleaned up. He didn’t use and tools or have to replace any parts, was there for less than an hour and had the nerve to change $350.00 Very unprofessional and sloppy, would not recommend!!!"

"ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!. IF YOU DO, BE SURE TO ASK ABOUT THEIR OUTRAGEOUS TRIP FEES AND HOURLY RATES, and get it in writing before they show up! I talked to Rick Z and told him my freezer isn’t maintaining the required temperature and causing freezer items to spoil. He told me he could fix it. The day of the repair, he told me he’d arrive by 12-12:30pm. Then he called and told me 1:15pm. He finally showed up at 1:40pm. Once he was here, he literally did 3 minutes of work, spent several minutes answering his phone and the remaining time was spent talking to me. He was here for a total of 18 minutes (security camera verified) and performed 3 minutes of work. Then, he told me my bill was $450, but since I’m a veteran, he’ll only charge me $340. I was absolutely blown away by the charge, however, I was running late due to his late arrival, so I paid and moved on. However, 3 days later, my freezer still wasn’t working correctly. I talked to Rick, again, and he told me he’d come back out to take another look, but it would cost me, again. I refused and was extremely disappointed in his lack of troubleshooting, honesty and integrity. All he did was try to threaten me by saying, “you’re talking to a combat veteran here”. Its unfortunate that people like Rick out there giving all of us honest veterans, a bad name. As for the repair, I googled and YouTubed fixes and took care of it myself."

"I call him the other night because my FRIGIDAIRE GALLERY fridge and freezer stopped working. He come over remove the back cover, touched the compressor and without any equipment he said the compressor and some plate is bad and needs to be replaced $1200-$1300 for the repair (I bought a brand new for $950) All of that took him less than 5 minutes and he charged me $250 for it. I watched few videos on YouTube, reset the computer and magically the fridge and freezer started working again. I’m glad I didn’t listen to him. He has no idea what his talking about or just trying to reap people off. I would give ZERO stars if I could"

"We have a large stand up freezer that froze over on the weekend. Made the call and he contacted me back within minutes we scheduled an appointment for him to come out on a Sunday. He was there within a few hrs and we couldn't have been more happy to have someone come out on a weekend. He was professional and was able to fix our freezer without us losing out on money with food loss. Rates are very reasonable for it being a weekend. Thank you so much!"
