"Had steering wheel wobble after putting on a new set of tires at Jack Williams in Dallas...never had one before that. Dallas store balanced my tires 3 times and said I had 3bent rims. I then took it to Jack Williams in Kingston for a road force balance...they said I had one wheel bent. Still had the steering wobble so decided to try an alignment. Took it to Wilkes-Barre Spring(Falzone) they aligned it but still had the wobble. They,on their own, took this as a personal challenge and rebalanced my front tires that had already been "balanced"4 times prior and I'll be damned if THEY did it right. They will DEFINITELY be getting ALL my future vehicle work from here on out.....NO QUESTION!!! Excellent service Excellent staff....Thank you Guys!!!!!"
