"Michael Golas is a thief! He cashed our $75 check back in September 2018 for a part he said he ordered for us; it is now January 2019, we've never heard back from him! Despite many, many phone calls, messages, and even texts, he has never returned our calls or come back to our home to install the part he supposedly purchased for us. Do not make the mistake we did! Do your research before you call Golas Appliance ! Crooks!"

"Michael Golas is arrogant, rude and based his treatment of me, could not care less if he had a new customer. Unbelievable. Voice mail is always full. Then when you do reach him, he slurs his speech so much you can barely understand him. Ridiculous. Amazed that his company is on the recommendation list from manufacturers of kitchen appliances. Run the other way as fast as you can, but good luck because there are lots of poorly rated companies in this area."

"sears hired mike to repair a dishwasher. After 2 1/2 weeks of waiting for the dishwasher to be repaired I found out by Sears the part was never ordered by Golas. I would highly recommend sears stop doing business with Golas since they did not return mine calls or Sears calls and emails. Run don't walk away from this company."
