"To make a very long and evil story short, this plumber extorted money from an elderly woman with Alzheimer’s for more than her entire monthly income for his gas and insurance as his staff claimed. They markup 100% on retail when they purchase wholesale. Needless to say, a $500 water heater for an entry level condo cost an 80yro $1600. I called for her to get someone out to see what was going on. Next thing I know, a $2000 bill that dropped magically to $1600 within an hour after the fact. No quote, no notice, no approval to do the work, just a 100% marked up bill 3 days later. He then threatened her to remove it so she signed over her entire monthly income. Disgusting. You should be ashamed"

Extremely professional, knowledgeable technician was dispatched late in the day, on a Friday at that, after my landlord hired some other company that screwed around trying to fix it for 4 days in freezing temperatures. I finally had enough. I fired the other company and called Wheatley myself. The technician diagnosed and located the other company's errors quickly and had my heater working in no time. I will definitely recommend this company and use them again if needed."
